FS: 14k gold Warranted flex nib

SOLD: 14k gold Warranted flex nib.

At last year's Long Island Pen Show, I bought this very small 14k Warranted flex nib to restore a ca. 1904 Conklin, but later sourced a correct Conklin nib and never used the Warranted nib. I have not done anything with it since I bought it.

The Warranted nib is marked "4", but that is not the same 4 size that major brand pens used later than about 1906-10 through to today's pens. (My '04 Conklin nib likewise used this early nib size number 4.) I'd say it is a 1 or 0 of later major brand pens. Use the dimensions: 4.5mm across the body, 5.5mm across the shoulders and from base to tip, it is 20mm.

$25 mailed to any USPS address (add $5 if you want the recommended security of a tracked Priority box). More elsewhere. First message that reads "I'll take the Warranted nib" with email and shipping addresses holds it pending prompt payment of Square invoice emailed to you. Questions welcome, but do not hold the nib.
