    Default Hello and Thanks for the help already!

    I am a brand new fountain pen enthusiast and I am so excited about repairing old pens that the 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th pens I bought myself are broken vintage junkers!! I've already gotten a bunch of great advice over on the Repair forum. My husband is also interested in fountain pens but he's in it to improve his handwriting. I just want to tear pens up and try to put them back together again! I went out today to try to locate a source for the odds and ends I need to fix my current stash of pens but had no luck. Maybe next time!

    Repairing vintage beaters is a real kick. We started with no-names, and now have done a few Sheaffer Snorkels, including a PFM, and one that arrived in pieces.

    A special welcome to FPG, Bunk2019. We don't have many good pen repairers and many of them are quite old. I'm always pleased to see someone taking the plunge into pen repair.
