Default Lapis Lazuli Cross Townsend Fountain Pen

I'm selling my Cross Lapis Lazuli to raise some funds for a grail pen. The Townsend fountain pen is well-know for its exceptional quality, comfort and writing performance, and this one is right up there. The Lapis Lazuli finish is created by applying ultra-fine particles of genuine lapis stones to the brass shell of the pen. Solid 22K gold flake is suspended in the finish, then coated with several layers of clear lacquer to create a hard, durable lacquer-like material. Unfortunately this process was so expensive that Cross quit using it to make pens many years ago.

The pen is equipped with a very smooth 18K medium nib, and writes beautifully. It comes with its Cross converter and a box of 6 Cross cartridges. It will ship in a Cross box, but alas, I no longer have the original box for this pen. $346, fully insured priority USPS shipping in CONUS for $9. PM or email works: doug1808@gmail.com
