Default Woohoo! PenSac Co. web site back up!!

and better than before... now there's an online order form, it's a bit old-school still, but you can select what you need, submit the order and they send an invoice.

    Progress is a fine thing

While I am glad that they now have online ordering form, I was quite surprised to receive the invoice for my orders.

It's double the price I paid for the same number of items last year

Yes, but as has been mentioned in a number of venues, they kept the same prices for sacs for something like 15-20 years! It was bound to happen and we need to keep them in business. I don't think he'll be retiring in splendor from this venture.

For sure, I am very grateful that they still keep the operation going. So I am glad to help support them as much as I can.

But I buy quite a lot of ink sacs to last me this year, so it adds up pretty quickly

I’m curious what people consider a lot of sacs.

Why does it matter? What is a lot to me may not be a lot to you or vice-versa, it's relative to your usage, isn't it?

Sorry if I'm incorrect in this, but I noticed that you often make comments "on the side" without addressing anyone in particular, while seemingly insinuating something behind it.

If you are curious about what I personally think is a lot, then at least give me the courtesy to address me directly.

If not, then who cares? I fail to see the benefit of knowing what's "a lot" to others other than what, bragging rights?

I ask because I had this discussion with the owner of the Pen Sac Company. There is a quantity discount on some products. Note also some sizes are being discontinued.

I don’t really care how many sacs anyone uses.

I recently ordered from Pen Sac Co. and while was a little shocked at the price increase, I realize the price increase was long overdue. More important to me was the quality of the product and the level of service received. This is a hobby for most of us and a business for a few. I'm just glad that they are still up and running!
