Sheaffer Coral/Orange 46 Special Flat Top

1920s era Sheaffer Flat Top 46 Special. Orange/Coral celluloid. Standard sized, full-length pen. Firm fine nib. Lever-filler. Has several dings, but nothing broken. Celluloid showing some age-related shrinkage around the cap, resulting in small cracks where the clip mounts. These cracks are rather small and are shown in one of the close-up photos. Plating is somewhat brassed, but not too badly so. Pen has been cleaned up and has a new sac. It writes rather nicely and is an example of one of those over-the-top, bright 1920s-era colors. This pen is not in perfect shape, but it's all there, it isn't broken, and it's a good writer.
