Replacement Blind Cap?
Just got this oversized Eagle Pencil Company fountain pen to restore. What is the chance I would ever find a replacement blind cap, or should I just improvise?
Anyone know when was the “golden age” for oversized pens like this? This thing is huge!

A new one could be turned and threaded from a (black?) ebonite rod by a penmeister and his lathe. Got a photo of another of the same model for guidance?
