Thanks for posting Deb a very good looking pen with a very special nib. I haven't used a stub with any degree of flexibility, it sounds like the two features might be fighting each other but your writing sample gives reassurance on this, it looks good and not too unwieldy for everyday use.

Swan stubs are usually flexible. I think it will be useful for general work. It will be on my desk for a week or two so will get a good trial.
