It's definitely a toy. Marsilius Q14 but it's not Lego, or it would be a toy made from Lego and it isn't.
So it's a toy that has some sort of a head "prolly made from some sort of bricks" but specifically not Lego. Animal but not an animal. House bricks?

Sorry to leave you all hanging but my unreliable connection threw up its hands and completely surrendered in the face of Storm Francis.

Anyway, aside from worrying about Chrissy's deprived childhood where her toys were housebricks, I can confirm it is Lego, but it's not made of Lego bricks. Otherwise I would not have answered the questions in the manner I did. However, if you want to award it to whoever said Lego, then go ahead. It's not the correct answer, but I clearly misunderstood the point of the game.

16b. No, I don't think so. It's most associated with bricks.

Apologies, I only tried to sum up what had gone before, but I never suggested bricks until I believed it wasn't Lego. So it's now a Lego toy that's animal but not an animal. A farmyard?

Anyhow in previous games there has been a tendency to be a little lenient at or near to the end i.e. cotton thread was judged to be correct enough for dishcloth thread, and nebula was good enough for quasar etc. Especially after the 20 questions were up. It was only a suggestion.

    3. It's possible these days, but if you wanted it, it's unlikely that you'd think of going to your grocery store.
