No! Or even a small one until Nathan learns to put a little less ink in each bottle.

Jar, it looks like there's some air space in the necks of those 16 and 32 oz bottles.
Online arguments are a lot like the Rocky Horror Picture Show.
As soon as the audience begins to participate, any actual content is lost in the resulting chaos and cacophony.
At that point, all you can do is laugh and enjoy the descent into debasement.

Yipe! That's a lot of ink! I bought the large bottles of Pelikan ink, and, previously, the Pilot ink. I've only been successful in using up these inks because I share the pens around.

I have half of a 32oz bottle of waterman blue black from the (i think) early 50s. My most reliable ink. I know it flows reliably and never ever feathers or bleeds. Water testing still needs to be done...

But the idea of KNOWING i will always have Midway blue available is VERY tempting...

He's said you can get any color you like. You can contact him and he can send you out any color 16oz, 32oz, half gallon, and full gallon. I don't use any Noodler's (it isn't available here anymore anyway) but still think that is pretty cool. I have been tempted by the Pilot Blue Black (an ink I do use continuously) but I also really like the 70ml bottles Pilot uses so I have been just buying those and reusing the bottles for annoying inks like Herbin and Sailor.

    Yes,

And when i first discovered the video and posted it here, i was seriously considering it. In fact i was in negotiations with the household CFO to free up funding for such a venture.

and then only a few hours later, due to "the virus", our budget was suddenly and unexpectedly (no warning AT ALL) "involuntarily restricted and reduced" for the foreseeable future

Thereby mostly ending my ink-tastic dreams. :/

So if you have a CFO, why are you in need of a financial advisor? Stepping out on your CFO?

Not wishing to poke a stick into an old and well-worn hornet's nest, but given that Noodler's has a little bit of form for producing batches of ink wherein batch A may not necessarily be the same as batch B, to the point where I understand it has been touted as a feature, I would worry that one might end up with 16oz, 32oz etc of a version you didn't like.

I don't write anywhere near enough to want more than 50ml of any ink at a time.

It has taken me about 2 years to get through 90% of my first 50ml bottle of Parker Quink Black, which is my most often used ink.

Of course I've had the distraction of using dozens of other inks in bottle and sample form during that time.

I guess if I had stuck with one ink I probably could have used up 150ml by now. Assuming I didn't die of boredom first, that is.

I must reluctantly agree that this is a distinct possibility.

I was trying to think of what I would do with a gallon of BSB and none of my ideas were very ethical.

Oh yes. If I could have a gallon of Lamy Dark Lilac, I’d be all up in it.
