Can you identify my fountian pen?

Hello,
I am new to this forum and I was wondering if anyone can identify my fountain pen that I acquired? It has a Majestic 14k nib and a marking on the top that says 20 or 2'0

First it appears to be a button filler. What would you say the material of the cap and barrel are, aluminum? sterling?

I have a few pens labelled "Majestic" but they are not at all in the same style as this.
