    Here are Yosemite XX Gold Pens dip pen nibs from around 1900. They're nice flex writers and the box is just priceless. I have other non-corrrosive, gold-colored metal nibs from around the same time and they too have good flex -- not as good as 14K gold (even if they do claim to be superior) but good.
