Sailor Ribbed LE with Zoom Nib
Here is a very hard to find Ribbed Sailor in 1911 style crafted in a super green color resin. This is the prized original design of the ribbed Sailors, with the thinner cap band, not the later design with thick cap band that many collectors find less graceful. The pen is a Limited Edition of only 20 and is marked 14/20 on the section.
The pen features a Sailor 21K gold Zoom nib, which writes finer at steep angles and broader at shallow angles, as shown in the writing sample below. The cartridge converter filled pen measures approximately 140mm long capped and 125 mm long uncapped with a barrel diameter of 13mm. The pre-owned pen is in excellent condition and comes with its box.
