    Question Fluorocarbon o-rings

I read in a classified listing that a "fluorocarbon o-ring" was used in a pen restoration. Are there such things? I'm accustomed to reading about fluorocarbons in context of aerosol propellants.

Fluorocarbon is used in making fishing line.

Apparently fluorocarbon o-rings are a thing. This talks about Viton and fluorocarbon o-rings.

If you want some, McMaster Carr has em:

    https://www.mcmaster.com/fluorocarbon-o-rings/

"Fluorocarbons, sometimes referred to as perfluorocarbons or PFCs, are, strictly speaking, organofluorine compounds with the formula CxFy, i.e. they contain only carbon and fluorine" -Wikipedia

Oh, and propellants are Chlorofluorocarbons (CFC) or Hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC).
