Default The fun in history of pens

It is interesting that some of the fun I find in pen collecting comes from research on the history behind the pens I collecting right now I am stuck on parkers as before I buy I like to read up on that pens history and culture. I use parker pen. Net to do this as it is really informative but its there any other websites that offer histories on say other brands.
I know it probably sounds wierd but I try to find compatible matches before I buy lol

Nope, not weird at all. I focus on German piston fillers and I love finding a little obscure brand I've never seen before and digging through the internet trying to find any tidbit about it.

Some history of the modern Montegrappa pens can be found here.

My favourite place for snippets of pen history, frequently served up with a helping of dry humour, is Deb's blog.
