    Default "Antique" Bassoons

Been on the road. Just a couple of new sketches and an old one. Dulcians are Renaissance bassoons.

Well done! I play in an orchestra - would you mind if I shared these with a bassoonist friend?

As long as you say that I KNOW it is not anatomically correct!

Great drawings. What pen & ink combination do you favour ?

You just don't hear the word 'bassoon' nearly enough these days.

    Thank you!

Bassoon! Bassoon! Bassoon! Baboon! I mean, Bassoon!

Hm, the old one was with an old pentel? fine or extra fine pen on Strathmore sketch paper paper. The newer ones are drawn with a Fountainbel Bulk Filler within Aurora Black on Strathmore Cold Press Watercolor paper.
