Thank you very much, that is my slow handwriting so it is legible to most people, one day I hope to have more speed and legibility at the same time. Most of the time if I have to write fast and be legible I write in all caps like I did in some of that writing, I started doing that when I had to fill out my fire/ems reports by hand before everything at our department switched to computers and when I made lieutenant I constantly had to have people re write their in field reports so that they could be read and also have them add or take out information. Everyone thought it was weird that I used fountain pens at the dept. (I always used a gel pen in the field) but once they tried my fountain pen most loved and a few even bought one or I would give them a noodlers eyedropper pen and they liked them. So I converted a few people over.

Also from my side Happy Thanksgiving to all which celebrates this event.

Ok, nobody said I should withhold the comparison, so here it is the comparison with the inks from my arsenal on Clairefontaine 90gsm paper:

Btw. the ink on the right is Diamine Sherwood green.

    Definitely not Pelikan Dunkelgrün.
Diamine Sherwood green is not a bad match, but I think the tone is not 100% right, especially when you look in th swab (I think a tad darker).

But Private Reserve Ebony Green is for me a perfect color match.

Lets take a closer look side by side:

Color wise I can see no difference.

As I said yesterday the only difference I can see is that i can see a reddish sheen on Private Reserve Ebony Green on some spots where the ink is heavily applied (and I don´t actually see it in MI#32).
But IMHO this alone disqualifies MI#32 not to be PR Ebony Green, could be also a matter of the ink batch or my test (the sheen is also not consistantly there on PR).......

But as long as I have no better Idea for me MI#32 is likely Private Reserve Ebony Green.

.... we will see, testing just began, maybe we can gain additinal insights as a team.

My chroma came out with such pretty color transitions and to me the blue that they used for this ink is very nice

Good Lord I ate too much, I can't remember the last time my family got to celebrate a holiday or birthday on the actual day but the nice thing is we got to have family from Florida and Colorado come in to celebrate with us. Probably the first time we have had everybody together in 10 years. And a few of them liked seeing me try new tests for the mystery ink and they were blown away when I showed them a chroma test. Hopefully all of you get to have a wonderful holiday too. I know its early for me to say happy Thanksgiving and all but today was my Thanksgiving. Be safe and stay healthy everyone

I don't see any yellow in your MI 32 like all the others, but the MI 33 is a very nice shade of red and pinkish

Sorry but I can't find "all the other chromas" showing yellow. I've gone right back to the beginning of this thread to see why my MI#33 might be the only one that does not have any yellow in it and the only chroma I found where it did exhibit some slight yellow was on post#55 mreeveshp.
Please can you point me to the ones you mean?

It's hard to see in the picture but mine did yellow line right under the green. I looked back through too and you are right I didn't see yellow in any more I hope you don't think I was putting yours down or anything.

I'm going to try to get a better picture in the morning to see if I can get that yellow line to show. I think its neat that they all turn out just slightly different from doing it the different ways we do to make them.

I was concerned about my sample when you said my chroma test had no yellow like "all the others."

I'm very sorry about that, maybe mine was just weird or something since now mine the one unlike all others since I have yellow in mine, hopefully I can get it pictured

The mystery ink #32 actually performs quite well on bad paper, on the poor paper quality I usually test this shows not much feathering.
Actually much better than many others.
The ink is not at all water resistant, strokes can almost completely desolved with a good water wash.
The performance of the ink is really good, I like it in my Montblanc 342 - EF.
It shades, has a nice green tone, perform well........ difficult to say something bad about this ink.

    I like it

I have another drawing prepared yesterday evening but unfortunately the days are currently only gray in gray here.
I prefer to take photos in daylight, but if the weather is that ugly it´s difficult.
    Maybe tomorrow

Definitely a lot of yellow in my Mystery #32 chroma test (post 52)
I can see a lot more yellow in yours than even mine, it's been pretty overcast here so I haven't been able to get another good picture of mine but its just a line of yellow right before the green starts. I think our different variations of doing the chroma test and just slight variables can bring out different end results.

The comparison to ebony green looks identical to me. I know it might be strange but if I have 2 that look identical during testing I even smell them to see if they have the same smell
