    Default Goodwriters Pens

    Even though there's this damn virus
    We just don't want it to retire us.
    We're working, still, with diligence
    On pens, some of magnificence!

    Eleven Swans, one Bird of Black;
    We offer up a lovely stack
    Of twelve new uploads for your view,
    But don't forget the others, too.

    A plethora of pens await
    Your kind perusal on this date.
    We don't just have M.T. & Co.
    There's quite a lot to see, you know!

    So please see what's there on our site
    And if there is a pen you might
    Want for your very own, just shout
    And we will work the details out.

    The site's still 'closed' it must be said,
    But sales continue on ahead
    Just email me about your choice;
    And I'll send you a new invoice.

    The online shop has not been open for sales since March. It has remained closed because there are several locations where delivery is unreliable. One or two pens sent to those places have either taken a worryingly long time to arrive or - in one case - disappeared altogether. But I am selling. Contact me by email and if necessary we can discuss your delivery situation. All UK and Western European addresses are fine. US delivery times are variable but all packages have been delivered. New Zealand and Australia delivery times have been very slow. Delivery to Israel has been slow but the packages have got there. I would need your assurance that your postal service is working well before I would send to some Eastern European and Far Eastern locations as there have been problems.

    Thank you, Will. At the beginning of the outbreak things were quiet but since May there has been a steady flow of orders. Deb has been investing in some outstanding pens and they are going well.

    I noticed that, there's a blue Mentmore on your website that I almost bought, it's gone now, my loss.

    My commiserations, Will. Some pens attract a lot of attention. Among the pens we uploaded yesterday was this Swan Leverless L330/64. There were three requests for it this morning and it had to go to the one chronologically first. As luck would have it, the first was an FPG member.

    A lot of beauties for sale on the site, but alas being in Australia makes purchasing from the US and Europe a bit daunting. Even buying local has its own set of problems.

    We sold to Australia last month and it was indeed daunting. It took most of the month to get there and the tracking didn't work after the package left the UK. The pen arrived in the end, in perfect condition, but it was all a bit nerve-racking.

    Things will improve and there is always another pen.
