S T Dupont Classique fountain pen. The earliest generation.

Vermeil (gold plating over 925 solid sterling silver) covered with a dark blue natural lacquer (basically the same thing as urushi).

18ct OB (oblique broad) nib. It's lovely, smooth and in my opinion really wet but as any oblique it requires a specific angle for the sweet spot.

The condition is very good. There are some microscratches. Some metal discoloration (very often with a gold plated solid sterling silver), please see the photos. In the*photos you can see a very tiny chip (practically invisible in real life) and a tiny convex of the lacquer. There is a couple of such imperfections but overall the condition is very nice.

No box, no converter. It takes older Dupont cartridges or eventually Aurora cartridges (or possibly Parker).

Thank you. It is a lovely pen indeed. And the chip is actually nearly invisible in real life, I just tried to exhibit in an ultimately exaggerated way (previously I failed to capture it at all despite all the attempts).

I never understood why these pens are so overlooked, despite solid sterling silver bodies, natural lacquer coating and quite superb nibs. I am selling it only because it was a gift to a relative and while the OB nib is nice she prefers something more standard which I managed to buy a week ago - exactly the same model with a medium nib
