Is this a cheap fake

I have only used cartridges in mine. I have a filler and will probably try out a few inks. I use quink or Lamy in my parkers and usually James herbin in my Lamys as I found the Lamy ink in Lamy pens didn't flow as well.. I tried diamine purple with gold in the Lamy and my writing was awful.. It didn't seem to flow at all..
