From back in the day when Delta was turning out some beauties, this is a stunning orange and white DV Federico oversize fountain pen, fitted with the 18K fusion fine nib. 5-1/2 inches capped, 9/16 inch diameter barrel. Nicely engraved cap band, and the smooth Delta roller ball clip. The barrel has internal brass threads where the nib section threads into it, making for a very smooth movement, and demonstrating excellent construction. Just an overall gorgeous pen. New, never inked and in Delta's ostentatious packaging, which includes plastic cover with screws and bottle of ink. It fills by what I believe is considered a captive converter, but I have heard some people refer to it as piston fill. The end cap comes off to fill, but you can also remove the barrel, as shown in the photos. This is pen No. 37. $315. Priority USPS insured $15.
