Default Virginia Woolf and Ink Pens

No ,not the eponymous Mont Blanc Writers edition (though that is one of my favourites of the range)

I've just come across a long article about Virginia Woolf's relationship with Ink , Pens (fountain and Dip) and Typewriters .

There is a nice section about how much she preferred dip pens over fountain pens but recognised their practicality (She mentions owning both a Waterman and a Mabie-Todd Swan) . seems she was also partial to Wateman's violet/purple inks (probably Patrician Purple)

ETA: And by pure coincidence I see the Author is Ted Bishop - who wrote the "Social Life of Ink" mentioned in the Ink Books thread here https://fpgeeks.com/forum/showthread...History-of-ink - I like his manner in this article so I may get his book as well
