Possibly a Reform pen.
The nib was made by Degussa who made nibs for many of the pen manufacturers of the time.

As whych said itˋs a German Degussa nib.
I’ve no idea which manufacturer made the pen.
Alone with the vintage Degussa Gold nib you did nothing wrong buying it for 40$.
And if the pen is in working condition even better.
Side note:
I own a vintage Degussa steel full flex nib which is one of my best flex nibs.

Clip reminds me of Geha.... I have strong inclination for German pens.
The pen is nice, the nib is superb, a win win here
