Where do people find a pen friend these days??
I'm in the Uk looking for someone in the states
You can always guarantee there something to buy in the states that you can't ship out to!!!!!!!!!!

I started with postcard swaps and worked up to pen friend/pen pal letters. See the postcard thread here and on FPN. Postcrossing.com has led to permanent pen friends, too.

Postcrossing is great. If only postage for a postcard was nicer! Postcrossing is very well maintained. The forum side too, and they have a section for finding penpals. I have some great penpals from there.

I also have some great penpals from here, also LetterMo and Incowrimo (sort of here).

Edit - if only Royal Mail didn't charge a small fortune for a PO Box.
