Where do people find a pen friend these days??
I'm in the Uk looking for someone in the states
You can always guarantee there something to buy in the states that you can't ship out to!!!!!!!!!!
How do people find some one?

Start in the Creative Side forum and have a look on the InCoWriMo thread

I started with postcard swaps and worked up to pen friend/pen pal letters. See the postcard thread here and on FPN. Postcrossing.com has led to permanent pen friends, too.

Postcrossing is great. If only postage for a postcard was nicer! Postcrossing is very well maintained. The forum side too, and they have a section for finding penpals. I have some great penpals from there.
I also have some great penpals from here, also LetterMo and Incowrimo (sort of here).
Edit - if only Royal Mail didn't charge a small fortune for a PO Box.

@calamus. Nice imagebut IMHO it's not a good idea to Reply with Quote including spammer links. Even if a miracle happens and Herry the spammer gets removed his link will live on every time it's quoted by others.

Just an idea... but there are thousands of good people who are in prison because of one stupid mistake. (And we can all do that eh?)
Many are lonely and isolated. I'd try a prison for a pen-friend.
