Default Parker 51 - Scratched diaphragm seat

I accidentally scratched the diaphragm seat on a Parker 51 while chasing the filler threads in the barrel with a dental pick. (I thought I was being careful but the results suggest otherwise.) The scratches appears quite superficial. Is there any reason to think it would affect how the diaphragm sits or how the filler functions?

You should be ok. You can assemble the filler and check.

If it bothers, use a bore brush on the seat in twisting mode to lightly burnish the surface.
