    Default Parker 75 Section

I have bought a P75 Sterling Silver set last year, from a local antique shop, but the FP section is broken. My query is where to get a section, or if anybody has a spare one to sell? I had a look on usual Ebay, and some other sites, but no luck.

I had it for sale on the classified, but I might keep it if I can fix the pen.

There is also a section for sale on ebay at the moment, possibly a later model.

I think it may be earlier although I am not sure. The question is are they interchangeable

eta, the feeds are totally different for one very important thing.

It seems that both option from UK are out. The sections are MK3, and will accept only broad feed called MK2. That makes my feed MK1...

I had a look at pentooling, but the part price+postage ia close enough to hunt for a whole pen in UK. Anyway, thank you very much Carlos for the link!

    So keep looking now.

I just had a big revelation: I need only the section's collar....

After looking more carefully, I realized that the collar is threaded so I simply take it off. The section is in good condition, and a collar replacement is available on EBay.
The collar is acting like Parker's 51 section ring to stop the pen in the cap's clutch. I'm weighing my options now....

Have a look here, is this going to work?

PS: I have soaked the pen, pictures tomorrow.

You have a chip in the section - you can see the collector where it has come off of the section. If you just stick the ring on, I think it'll leak. If you fill it with epoxy and then stick the ring on, it still might leak, though maybe not right away. I would go for a replacement section.

Thank you Ron for your reply!

I had a better look, and I did not see any other cracks, the ones from picture seems to be from the broken collar. This is the best photos I could taken at 11:30PM:

Was your ring gold or white metal?
