SOLD Mabie-Todd SWAN '46' Self-Filler fountain pen with big 14k No. 6 FLEX nib. If you like big vintage top-tier ebonite pens with large gold flex nibs, this is your chance. The pen is 5 3/4 inches/146mm long capped. Barrel outside diameter is 1/2 inch/13mm. The smooth fine nib flexes as expected from a pen of this era, with nice snap-back. The chasing and imprint are worn but uniform, and the Swan and maker's imprint are visible (see photos). A fresh sac has been installed, holding a generous supply of ink. Ready to write.
