    I've never had a Moore Fingertip. They are very uncommon here in the UK. I do admire them, though - such a handsome and bravely original design.

    I really like the aesthetic of a hooded nib but the practicality is a hard sell for me because I always have trouble aligning the nib while writing. It ends up in a skip here and there just because I am writing with the wrong side of the nib. The Eversharp 5th Avenue really helped me with that.
