Small 3¾" sized, vintage, dark blue, ringtop mechanical pencil with a package of Eversharp leads. Pencil works. There are some scratches on the body. It is faintly imprinted "Germany" on the cap.

To load the lead you push a piece in until it grabs (holds in place). The Eversharp leads are longer than you need so you break off the excess and keep that for the next time. The ribbon is not original to the pencil.... I just thought it looked cool.
