Default A rather unexpected new pen

I won an auction for a couple of pens I'd wanted for a while (slightly obscure German piston fillers, with which I have something of an obsession), and included with the job lot were some surprises. I wasn't entirely sure what this was until I actually got it.

It's by no means perfect - the cap is wrong (it has a 72 cap rather than an 82), and I definitely need to do some work on the feed, which isn't playing nicely at the moment, but I'm definitely a bit smitten, and having thought I'd just sell it on immediately, I think it's going in the desk pot. The feel in the hand is lovely - not too big and much lighter than I expected.

I also got a first for me - a MB pencil (I think it's a 26), which is just lovely. But I really don't think I dare fall down that hole too

which is curious, because most of my pens prefer to write Keats I blame the ink - it's hard to use something called Egyptomania without thinking about old pharaohs!
