WTS or WTT Vintage Parker 21 Fantastic condition!
I can’t say for sure but it looks close to new in my opinion. Inked once. It writes a quite fine line although a little on the dry side. I would gladly keep this but it is a sleek profile pen and I am most comfortable with wide girthy pens.
I don’t have box or papers it came with but will send very well packaged.
To the best of my knowledge I think it was made in the late 50s or early 60s.
