Repair to Parker 51 Nib
Good day forum members.
I have a recently acquired aerometric P51 with a nib that requires a little work. A bit scratchy, and doesn't start writing readily.
I do believe some tuning will fix the problem.
Can the members here recommend someone in the continental USA who can remedy the problem?
Many thanks, in advance.
David

indypendance.com. Trained by Richard Binder, a now-retired expert.

Kirk Speer at Pen Realm. He also occasionally visits Dromgoules to do nib work.

Are you able to post images of nib please.
Top, bottom and side
If it is not damaged, the fix may be easier than you think

Re: Repair to Parker 51 Nib
Indy Pen Dance was trained by Richard Binder, an ace. She -- Linda does the nib work -- is one of several well-regarded people.
I use Josh Lax, the president of the Big Apple Pen Club, of which I am a member. Josh is very good. Among other work he has done, Josh repaired -- recovered from the dead -- a Parker 100 that had fallen point-down.
