Marvelous! Thanks for posting that. Great heads-up!
Great thing. That is an amazing price to get only the cap, barrel and dummy section parts of the pen. Less is certainly more here.

But could you eyedropper it? Think of the ink volume!!
The listing emphasizes, "ESTATE ITEM FROM FORMER PARKER JANESVILLE EXECUTIVE." And so it goes. How much more pen executive material is out there?

What a wonderful looking display pen.
Clearly I will need bigger hands and very large bottle of ink if I were to write with it.

Over the last while I have be hunting down a particular Duofold display.
I believe that 100 were made in solid silver and another 25 in solid gold.
Have both my horses packed with alot of gold guineas………..
Would have to paid £1500+ for a silver one, a lot more for a gold one.

Chrissy,
I am not that clever, did not understand your last comment.
Images from the mentioned auction
Confusion reigns. I thought the nib was from the real pen not included in the auction. So it looks like a dummy nib is inside the dummy pen? Odd.

I have messaged the seller, this was his reply :
' Hi, since it is a dummy, the nib is fixed in place into the section. The section does unscrew.'
Perhaps this clears any confusion, the images are of the dummy pen's nib.
