I was thinking of Pelikano but I'm not sure if Pelikan still offers a B nib.
Lamy Joy or Safari you will get a very nice big B or BB, and replacement nibs are cheap and easy to buy.
Look out for B Parker 45s at sales or on ebay. They're indestructible though not that common. I passed up an opportunity to buy one with an IB nib for 10 euros once and I've been kicking myself ever since.

Good point. I have not checked that.

According to their website they do:
    https://www.pelikan.com/pulse/Pulsar...ntain-pen-blue

    A, F, M, L....

However finding a broad one is not as easy. Plus, If I have to choose between a Pelikano or Kaweco, I'd go for Kaweco
However, if Pelikan 100s are airtight... then that's no brainer, especially if it's a vintage. To my eyes, it's a most elegant pen...thanks to Christof's tantalizing photos!

Levenger had offered a translucent yellow Pelikan with highlighter ink as a package...I think the nib was a double B.

    I was tempted.
My other pen is a Montblanc.

And my other blog is a tumblr!

Yes indeed. But nowadays they don't with shipping the way it is...

How about a Nemosine stub in a Chinese pen?
Jinhao 450s dry out with my inks. Though I admit I love the fude nibs on them. But I used them for testing or wet inks...

If anything, I've found German sellers to be more accommodating about international shipping these days. Getting them to accept PayPal is another matter ...

Find a Parker 45. They made millions between 1960 and 2006, and all components are interchangeable. Nibs come in a nib-unit that twists off, like and Eversharp. It is easy to find broad nibs, and they are not expensive.

A P-45 should sell for about $20 or $30 on Ebay, and might sell for much less. I accidentally got one for $5 when I put in the opening bid and discovered, the next morning, that I had won it.

Parker made it with gold nibs originally, so there are both steel ("octanium") and gold nibs around, and, there were all sorts of nibs that people wanted sixty years ago. The unusual ones are a bit hard to find now, but a broad is not like a left-hand oblique.
