The Patron of Art Edition Karl der Grosse, Hommage à Charlemagne pays tribute to this great cultural visionary of the first millennium with an equally great writing instrument. The barrel and cap of Edition 4810 are made of delicately wound 925 sterling silver with spiral twist. The detailed gold-plated mountings are reminiscent of Carolingian features in the decoration of Aachen Cathedral, where Charlemagne was crowned.
Medium (M) 18 K two-toned rhodium plated gold nib engraving early Medieval pattern and the emperor's monogram.
