I'm glad you all liked the inks chosen.

The photo does NOT belong to me but was "borrowed" from the internet. I tried to track down the original photographer so that proper credit can be attributed, but it was a case of one site borrowing from another who borrowed it from someone else, etc., etc., etc. So proper copyright claims to whoever the original photographer is.

    All the Best.

You mean, that's not the view from your kitchen window?

Excellent choices! Thank you junglejim for adding to our inky education! I am saddened to hear that Blackstone went the way of so many businesses during the pandemic.

At the very least, I can say that Mystery Ink No. 34 has been sent 'round the world, and will continue to do so until the last drop. Thank you, junglejim!

First of all I have to appologize being way too late.
Sorry Jim, in the last weeks I had no time to draw or write or follow any of my hobbies.

I really like the two mystery inks, they are also really suitable for drawing and painting.
They play well with water and shade nicely when washed.
For this painting I´ve used mainly the 2 mystery inks.
The only addition to the 2 inks are a bit of Platinum Carbon black on really dark spots and a bit of Rotring White for the highlights and the teeth.

When using MI#34 and MI#35 together a nice green is created.

Haven't been on the forums in ages. So very happy to see the mystery inks are still going strong. Thank you for carrying on and continuing to provide fun and enjoyment to our little community!

    WB!

Oddly enough, last night I was watching Studio Ghibli's When Marnie Was There. The young heroine of the story wore a Van Dieman-color top, and Blackstone-color shorts. 😊
My other pen is a Montblanc.

And my other blog is a tumblr!
