Pair of Montblanc 144 Solitaire Doue
Montblanc 144 Solitaire Doue was discontinued several years ago and is not often seen. Yet here are two, one in Black and one in Burgundy, available separately or (better deal yet) as the pair.
The 144 Solitaire Doues feature sterling silver press-on caps. The black pen has a polished silver cap and the burgundy pen has a vermeil (gold plate on sterling silver) cap. Nibs are 18K gold Medium. These slender pens are cartridge converter filled and measure approximately 135 mm long capped and 120 mm long uncapped. The pens are both in excellent condition and are accompanied by their original inner and outer boxes and Service Guides. You will find these offered and sold on Ebay at higher prices than you can find right here.
