Default Leonardo Momento Zero Grande Urushi

I just posted (my first youtube) video review of my new Leonardo Momento Zero Grande 2019 Urushi exclusive limited edition for Pen Venture in aka-tamenuri by Tamenuri Studio on youtube: https://youtu.be/RYx6km0SV-s.
    Really a beautiful, well-crafted pen!

I"m not going to beg my viewers to like and subscribe- but I do need 100 subscribers to start things rolling on my channel, so I'm making an exception at the start. I'd be grateful if you'd subscribe to help me get to that first 100 mark.

    Thanks,
    Scot

Thanks for your video review! I have a couple of questions if you will allow:
    - what was the base color of the pen before Tamenuri Studio covered it with Aka Tamenuri's urushi?
    - Did you deliberately buy the EF "elastic" nib or did it just coincide?

I love the flex and soft nibs and I love it when the owner(reviewer) demonstrates these properties in real life.

    Hi Andrew

I've been wondering about your first question myself and don't know the answer. Maybe I can find out...
As for the second, yes - I did order the elastic EF on purpose. I saw some reviews that made it look very intriguing and Emy from Pen Venture let on that he was choosing the same nib for his pen. So I took that as a pretty strong recommendation. I find I really do like it.
