Re: 3d printed pens
It really depends on the purpose you need the 3D printer for. There are budget options, like these 3D pens, and there’s the mid-range segment. But for business or, especially, production, if you’re considering such options, it’s better to find something more reliable, powerful, and technological. It’s much more expensive, but still incredibly affordable would be Epitum L. On their website, you can check available printer models and their specs. Prices can be requested. Overall, I believe these 3D printers are the optimal choice in terms of price and offered capabilities. I was really attracted to the JetSmart technology because it uses two nozzles simultaneously, and also because of the high temperatures, which lead to better, stronger, and more durable products. So, I recommend taking a look at it.

Re: 3d printed pens
I have a couple of Michael's Platypus pens.

Model 10 in terracota filament. This has a wonderful hidden roll stop - the barrel is weighted on one side so gravity does the work in stopping it rolling. Better than a lump on the cap as it works when capless.
Model 20. Fascinating filling system that works really well.
The transactions when buying both were very easy, even though we are on opposite sides of the world.
