    Default Conid Cap Top Stuck

    Hello,

I have a Conid Regular Bulkfiller that appears to have some ink staining in the threads of the top cap finial. I tried to unscrew the cap to clean but it seems to be stuck on. Anyone have any recommendations for a safe way to loosen up the stuck cap top so I can disassemble and clean?

    Hi,
Soak the cap top for 8 hours in WD40,
Use a rubber gripping pad to hold the cap firmly in you hand, grip the cap top using a Bionic wrench and turn the wrench counterclockwise.
The cap top was originally only secured firmly tightening, no glueing was applied
You have a problem If the previous owner however decided to glue the cap top in the cap ......
    please keep reposted !
    Wishing you success !
    Francis
