WTS: Waterman Carene

I have a black and gold Waterman Carene here, medium nib, black and gold. Writes beautifully, slightly stubby.

I had to repair the cap band, but it’s held up perfectly since. Price reflects the repair. Otherwise perfect. Comes with box, sleeve, paperwork, convertor.

How about a writing sample to show how this medium nib looks like on paper? And what was wrong with the cap ring that you had to repair?

The ring separated from the cap. I epoxied it back into place and it has held up well. I’m not sure how the ring was originally attached, but i think it was a combination of friction and some sort of epoxy. Again, the price reflects the repair.

I can post a writing sample after work today!

Here is a link to a short video of the cap band so you can see that the repair worked and the pen functions fine. Ignore the poor quality video. Lighting in my house is horrible right now, and I was using a glass as my tripod lol

The pen definitely has some stub to it!
