Default Another 'What's Up' - some recent pens

Too much time spent working, too little playing with the gear in my workshop and making pens…

Still, thought I would post a few recent ones for fun, 'cause you others pen makers are making me feel like a slacker:

    A Charger Lava 'Classic' style:

A 'Shirt Pocket Fountain Pen' in Ocean Lava, framed in black:

One of InvisibleMan's cool blanks, done up as a Shirt Pocket Fountain Pen with barrel inlay

Cigar style FP in 'Cenote' alumilite from slabsblanksandboards.com

Shirt Pocket Fountain Pen in Purple Web celluloid from American Art Plastics

Cigar style pen of one of Jonathon Brooks' cool blanks which I called 'Lava Flow'

SPFP in Jonathan Brooks' 'primary manipulation' blank

SPFP in the well-known and very nice vintage turquoise Cebloplast:

'Curvy' style FP in Amboyna Burl and african blackwood, with reciprocal inlays:

    Blue Tiger SPFP:

'Arctic Night' Shirt Pocket Fountain Pen (Jonathan Brooks blank):

I guess that was a bit of a photo dump. But who doesn't like perusing pics? :-)

    Thanks for looking!

    Ken

Wow! These are all beautiful, but that curvy model with the Amboyna Burl and African Blackwood is exquisite!

Hi Ken very nice work indeed.
I am very pleased to say that I have recently swapped some of my work for some of your work.
A beautiful Black Bamboo pen with a matching pen rest has recently joined my collection.

Cool! What kind of work did you trade for it?

I often have trouble letting go of items I have made or restored, to soften the blow I like to include a pen into the arrangement.
For this project I was given a choice and chose your pen because I appreciate the craftsmanship involved

I am going to make a leather case for both the pen and its rest.

Very nice work. They all look great but I tip my hat towards the amboyna and Blackwood.

Love those reciprocal inlays, especially the green and black. Beautiful work thanks for sharing.

The 'Curvy' style FP in Amboyna Burl and African blackwood is absolutely stunning!
