Several photos I took while I was still learning to take pictures of fountain pens
These are obviously novice. I did take photography and film classes in a former life, but l allowed myself to get way out of practice. These are obviously images of me finding my way again. I am starting to get much better now.

Providing adequate light is a key.
I would like to take candid shots but have settled on a reliable setup based on something like this - Good luck

It didn't seem like that there was much of a learning curve while you were 'learning'. Really great photos.
