WTB: Sheaffer's Flat Top Senior size

I spotted one!

Outside my price range and not a senior size one, which I am led to believe should be 5 3/8 inches (whatever that is in mm) not 4.85 inches. As I am a noob with regards to Sheaffer pens I do not know if that is true.
