Pen Shows and Pen People Photos - past & present
Here we go. If you see yourself or a friend but not mentioned, by all means, reply!
This is how we like to walk in on the opening of a pen show, where pens are dumped out onto the tables before they are arranged in neat rows (they're cheaper that way) and regulars are gossiping about pens and pen people. That's Gary Garner, Rick Krantz, Robert ___, and two others whose names I cannot connect to their familiar faces. (Let me know and I'll edit this caption.) This is the atrium of the old DC venue in 2014. Rick's and my tables are yet unpacked. Typical us; we go hunting first.

Another snapshot from DC during set-up the first morning. The late Susan Wirth always had her big blue sign up well in advance of opening. Look at all that vintage celluloid!

Then there are the vintage pen auctions at the Columbus pen shows (this coming week, in fact!), with Terry Mawhorter knocking down the hammer.
