FS: Azure(blue) Vacumatic Major, Better than Average Clarity, 49 Canadian

Selling a really nice Vacumatic Major in the desireable Azure Blue color.

This one has a fresh diaphragm. 2/3 of the barrel has absolutely outstanding and as-made transparency. For whatever reason, a strip about 1/3 the diameter of the pen running top to bottom is slightly ambered-it's not bad and if the entire pen was that way it would still grade as better than average.

Nice writing pen with a subtle amount of architect character to the XF nib.

Fresh diaphragm, restored, and really nice looking.

1949 Canadian production, so a split arrow clip without a blue diamond.
