COTY would be many things. From inks that has been discontinued for almost a decade to vintage desk accessories to amazing pen.

ST Dupont ink Violette ($35 each bottle)
    Montblanc Emerald Green ($12)
    Montblanc Turquoise ($3)
    Montblanc Violet ($3)
Montblanc Royal Blue ($3 each bottle)

    Montblanc inkwell ($100)
    Montblanc ink blotter ($100)

Montblanc Legrand Martelé Rollerball Sterling Silver ($540)20211120_121216.jpg20211125_215040.jpg20211220_221810.jpg

As usual, I'm of absolutely no help here. My COTY or COTYs: All of them, of course. I don't buy pens I don't love.

Very nice pens Christof, the IBIS in particular! Would you mind explaining the characteristics that identify the 2002 Vista. I have a far from complete yet voluminous collection of Safaris and don’t have a Vista model yet.

I buy pens that I see the potential of becoming one that I love after restoration

But I suspect you and I are more similar than not.

With that, go ahead, regal us with your 2021 purchase then

My most recent was the Diplomat Zepp, at less than half the list price. My most recent vintage was an apple green Parker Pastel Lucky Curve set:

I really wasn't planning to buy either, but the Zepp was at the right price, and I like it a lot. I had basically no hope of finding an apple green parker set in undiscolored condition, and then there it was...
