There was only one mountain I thought of that I would draw.

Since I create all Inktober drawings in postcard format, I thought it would be this time appropriate to choose a postcard subject because of the keyword "MOUNTAIN":

INKTOBER52 PROMPT NO.24 IS "RACER"
Speed, I am speed… alright maybe not sitting at my drafting desk, or sketching at a coffee shop. But art can be just as thrilling. Speed into this next week with this week’s prompt Racer and see where these fast spinning wheels will take you.

Interesting story: Babs' crashed badly on its final run at over 100mph on Pendine beach in Wales in 1927 , nearly decapitated its driver , and was buried on the beach . Dug up some 40 yrs later in very poor shape AND FULLY RESTORED

Very nice, Robalone!
Let's see, "racer". I knew I wasn't up to drawing a car. In fact, now that I think of it, I can't remember ever drawing a car. Something to try later, perhaps.
A bicycle? Well, maybe. A racehorse? Maybe too complicated with both horse and jockey. I know!
Tried a pencil sketch last night and this pen version, Copic 0.05, today. It's now on my watercolor project list, but that won't happen for a while.

@Kaputnik, cars are fun to sketch, they are not exactly easy (to get it "just right") either. But to me (speaking for no one else), it is easier than drawing people or living beings. I am a lot more careful to try those, especially with my self-imposed rule: No pencils, no erasers.
@Robalone, here's a Maserati cousin of your Babs
