@Christof — you made a Flighter take flight!
Here's my catch-up drawing for 'direction', or lack of direction maybe.

@catbert, your whimsical imagination is boundless, thanks
@christof, understated elegance!
@Ptero, when the pen is mightier than swords...
Another attempt...
Too many inks to name!

Here's the next prompt.

Odd prompt…… just thinking if it is appropriate or not to post a drawing of the sex toy with that name (Just the tool itself, not a use case, which definitely is out of scope)?
I should have been more precise. Whimsy for direction and simplify for the last one. You captured it well
Thank you. I recently watch a documentary on the creator of the little Prince. I was attempting to recreate, an emotion, a whisper of fantasy. After all what is important is invisible to the eye....

Hmm, I might be a week behind, and it looks a bit like a budgie 🤣🤣 but hey .
Really cool Robalone 👍
@ all the native speakers
I have a question, what meaning does the word lush really have, never used it before and also what I found in dictionaries does not really enlighten me.
As a non native speaker I just have troubles to understand the context of the word.
Is a lush a drunk guy?
Or a lush girl a girl with big breasts or maybe a fat girl?
Or has it something to do with growth of plants?
Or in which context do you as native speakers use the word lush?
@Ptero,
this is from Inktober's, newsletter
INKTOBER52 PROMPT NO.11 IS "LUSH"
This lush prompt recalls memories of long flowing grass, well-leafed trees, and little rabbits hopping along looking for a good place to hide jelly beans. Sometimes it’s hard to remember last spring at the end of a cold winter. But before you know it, it’ll be here! How do you celebrate the newness of life and the return of the spring? Show us through this week’s prompt: Lush!

Here is from Oxford Dictionary:
lush1 | ləSH |
adjective
(of vegetation) growing luxuriantly: lush greenery and cultivated fields.
• very rich and providing great sensory pleasure: lush orchestrations.
• sexually attractive: Marianne, with her lush body and provocative green eyes.
lush2 | ləSH | informal
noun
a heavy drinker, especially a habitual one: a lush who doesn't make very much sense most of the time.
I'm sure the native English speakers will chime in. ...

Ptero, it's all of these, but most commonly (now) is something that's just good in an indulgent, squishy, soft, nice sort of way.
In the UK, certainly, it's used by everyone to describe anything especially nice (or luscious). From a cream cake to a particularly nice fragrance, an incredibly comfortable chair or something luxurious in just about any way. I suppose Yazeh's 2nd definition (sensory pleasures) is probably the closest. It's one of those odd words that seems to go right across generations and you're as likely to hear a middle aged mother using it as her children (or even grandchildren).
I hadn't even thought of the drinking definition tbh.

When asked my OH mentioned a nice cake. I only thought of lush grass or lush growth on a tree, but anything lush could also be a specially nice fountain pen - especially on a fountain pen forum.

Aren't you familiar with Billy Strayhorn's "Lush Life"? Lush takes on both meanings- heavy drinker and a life of luxuries.

M: I came here for a good argument.
A: No you didn't; no, you came here for an argument.
M: An argument isn't just contradiction.
A: It can be.
M: No it can't. An argument is a connected series of statements intended to establish a proposition.
A: No it isn't.
M: Yes it is! It's not just contradiction.
A: Look, if I argue with you, I must take up a contrary position.
M: Yes, but that's not just saying 'No it isn't.'
A: Yes it is!
M: No it isn't!
