Catch-up drawing for scarf, featuring Little Red Hoodie Pig.

I think I'll skip "scarf", as I couldn't think of an idea that I wanted to draw.
"Dream", on the other hand, seemed like something for which I had to be able to come up with an idea. Nothing presented itself at first, but then I thought of this. Perhaps a bit of a cliché, admittedly.
By the way, this is the first page of a new sketchbook. I have others in different sizes with different kinds of paper. Not likely to run out soon.

Prompt 46 Dream I also had a similar idea to Kaputnik

The sleep of Piggy produces monsters.

Originally, the loose thread on Piggy's sleeve was meant to be a Shakespeare reference: Sleep that knits up the ravell'd sleave of care ... produces monsters. But then I learned (too late to fix the drawing) that 'sleave' doesn't mean what I had previously thought.
Wow this prompt has created some seriously great art work! Keep it up!

I already wrote that I'd skip "scarf", because I couldn't think of anything interesting for it.
Then I realized that I'd been walking pas an inspiration several times a week.
It's this walking trail that I use for my daily walk when time permits. At a guess, someone lost this scarf, and somebody else put it where it would be noticed if that person came that way again. It's been there for at least a week, now.
So when I got back yesterday, I had to try to draw it. This is pencil, not pen. I feel more comfortable with that when I'm working things out.
And then, this morning and early afternoon was not a good one. My car died and had to be towed to the shop. While I was there waiting, I had this little journal which I use as a sketchbook, even though it won't stay flat on its own. So I tried it again.
Funny how ideas just seem to show up. I want to do this as a watercolor, but that will take more work.
So anyway, "Scarf".

I wonder what the pig's thinking/ saying?

This was a hard one!
There is no German equivalent for the many meanings of "gobble". But I decided to interpret the verb "to gobble".
ps: this is my very first ink sketch with true iron gall ink.

@christof, love it! What do you mean by a true IG ink? Is it Bach's IG?
christof (November 26th, 2022)
Thank you. It is IG ink made by a very small manufacture in germany: https://www.kalligraphie-shop.com/ep...roducts/32000T
the cool thing is, that the ink is washable for a short time before it gets 100% waterproof. So you can pre-draw with ink, then wash out with brush and diluted ink, and then continue to work, again and again, until the result is satisfactory.
the second cool thing is, that the ink gets almost black after a couple of days. I like black.
